But...it's not quite...what I had in mind...
ARTICLE ABOUT THE UPCOMING FILM
I'm still clinging to the hope that if this goes through, she'll surprise us all and be perfect for the role. If she does, she will have my respect FOREVER. Otherwise, poor Pearl is spinning in her grave right now.
But if that brings you down, here's a little something to lift you up again.
WHY JOSEPH GORDON-LEVITT CONTINUES TO GROW IN AWESOME-NESS
Very few people would dare to fill the shoes of Donald O'Connor. But Jason here does a damn fine job, in my opinion. I can't help smiling.
Unrelated addendum: I think I found it. I think this is how the blog's gonna look. (For a while anyway.)
Second unrelated addendum: If you haven't checked out The Chapman Paper Sleeve yet, do it! It's awesome! We discuss the White Stripes and recent music purchases.

THERE's the naked-but-not-stupid gal, loaded with books, full of Lizness ... nice to have her back.
Love you!

ps - word verification: atingl ... ooo la la.
Um, "Jason?" It's Joseph, Liz. Obviously you don't admire him as much as you claim. You can't even get his name right. Psh.
Aw peas.
I fixed it, though.
zooey deschanel would have been fantastic! even though she irritated me in 500 days of summer, i think she would have been good. amy adams? i just can't get past the mental image of her singing to that squirrel in enchanted. hm. like the new design, though!
I'm inclined to believe that even Zooey Deschanel, much as I adore her, is still not quite raw enough to pull of Janis Joplin. I can't think of anyone who is. Cate Blanchett? Maybe.
Cate Blanchett did do an awesome Bob Dylan. But I think she's too tall and slim. I don't think she's earthy enough for Janis.
And you only changed the link. Your sentence still has "Jason."
: )
Dang it! Okay, there.
