These words are ...Thank you a thousand times over. These words are the feelings I haven't been able to explain, especially to people not like me. A man, a plan, a canal. Panama. (It's a palindrome.) It's what I say to myself to remind me to have a plan. If I plan I freak out less and don't carry so much guilt. I am free to go off the prescribed plan but I like to think of them more as "guidelines" (in Captain Barbosa's voice of course). All this to say, you are not alone. And thank you for speaking up for those of us who feel the weight of the world and feel alone despite obvious knowledge that we are not.
